The Ottawa Real Estate Board has just released the lastest stats for September 2016. It looks like we had a pretty busy month in September. Over 1,300 units sold last month, which is an increase of approximately 10.5% over last year. A pretty good increase, in my opinion.
Of those units we had 1102 residential homes and 269 condos sold!
The average price in Ottawa for residential homes is $383,793 and the average condo sale price is $252,136.
