My Favorite Branding Photo Happened By Accident
This is my final entry into Dick Greenberg 's 2016 ActiveRain Photography Contest. This is a contest in which I've had quite a bit of fun.
When I saw there was a category for your favorite branding photo in the real estate category, I just knew I had to submit this one. It was a yard sign with a Just Listed topper and my neighborhood website. It's quite useful to have a variety of yard signage photos available for my blog posts.
This particular photo was a last minute thought, taken with my cell phone. Yet when you see the photo, it looks completely staged to have the rays of light from the heavens shining down on my sign. When I first shared it with the Active Rain community, they encouraged me to use it in my branding. I've used it in my market reports.
Now if only I could get an Under Contract and Sold with the same effect.
