Stone Ridge Mid Week Update 2/18/2017 - 2/22/2017

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 5 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 1 traditional town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes.  4 homes received a contract; 3 traditional town homes and 2 traditional sale detached homes.  1 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional town homes.  There are  3 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
