Higher prices and loan costs have increased mtge pmts for an avg home

My view of the state of real estate in Dallas, Highland Park, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Lakewood, the M Streets and oh so much more. Whatever crosses my mind, like what was on Ellen DeGeneres or E News! today. (DVR is life-changing) I might talk about something wonderful I saw in Cartier or Tiffany's or Neiman's or Nordstrom. You could see a description of a recent stay at the Ritz or Four Seasons, or a book I'm reading or a movie or cultural event I recently attended. I might take off on a rant about timid drivers or people who talk too loudly on their cellphones in public... nothing is off-limits... well SOME things are sacred, but I will not restrict myself to the latest mortgage interest roller coaster or only real estate specific topics.
