Las Vegas, Nevada -- Francoise Myers (formerly Francoise Guerrero-Rodriguez) is one of Nevada’s most influential Latinos. Francoise (pronounced, "FRAN-SWAZ")   came to America in 1994. Like many other immigrants, she didn’t speak a word of English. She quickly learned that a college degree from Cuba doesn’t open many doors in the United States, especially when you don’t speak English. She got a job working as a maid at Caesars Palace and spent her evenings at UNLV taking English as a second language classes. Less than two decades later, she was named one of the top real estate agents in Las Vegas. In addition to real estate, she is a wife, a cheer mom, mother of five, excellent cook and has an incredibly large and loyal following on social media. She and her husband Bill are internationally published authors with a book on Amazon’s best seller list entitled, “Clients Are Everywhere - How To Find Them in the Internet Age.” Their book explains the importance of building a national and global client base. Her Internet marketing expertise has given her an “edge” by enabling her to sell Las Vegas homes to overseas investors from Argentina, Mexico and Latin America.

Francoise was born in Havana, Cuba. She graduated from the University of Havana with a degree in Biology. She continued her education and received a Master’s Degree in Genetic Engineering. Francoise was hand-picked by the Cuban Government to work at the Genetic and Biotechnology Institute in Havana. Francoise's father was the Director of the Cuban Seafood Industry. Francoise was almost jailed several times for speaking out against Fidel Castro and refusing to attend communist rallies. As a result, the Cuban Government wouldn’t let her attend medical school. She defected to Spain and became a Spanish citizen. While living in Seville, she tended bar at a popular nightclub for two years, in order to save enough money to come to America. Francoise arrived in the United States in 1994. She lived in West Miami and worked two jobs: as a cashier in a Latino grocery store and at a clothing factory. She moved to Las Vegas in 1995 and got a job at Caesars Palace. She quickly moved up the ranks and has worked as a maid, blackjack dealer, craps dealer, casino host, and eventually made her way to the Food and Beverage Department where she met her husband in 1999. She was promoted to “Neros Steakhouse” where she held the head host position until 2007. Regular customers of hers included Celine Dion, Brittany Spears, Al Pacino, Elton John (and his entire band) and Jon Bon Jovi. Francoise obtained her real estate license in 2005. Together with her husband, they created the “nationally acclaimed” Myers Team. They’ve built their business helping casino employees buy and sell homes. Francoise has also made a name for herself working with the Hispanic community in Las Vegas.

Francoise worked with Century 21 for almost nine years. She and her husband are seven time recipients of the prestigious “Centurion Award.” While at Century 21, her team consistently ranked in the Top 1% of all Century 21 agents worldwide. She has appeared in the Las Vegas Review Journal and been featured on the cover of Las Vegas Agent Magazine. Additionally, her team has appeared on ABC News, CBS Evening News and with Channel 8’s I-Team.  Her team has sold thousands of Las Vegas homes. Today, she is with Simply Vegas Real Estate and has three offices across town.
