Come out with the whole family for a night at Emerald Isle's annual Halloween Carnival! Activities this year include Trunk or Treat, ID kits by the EI Police Department, a cake walk, photo booth, creating a glow in the dark mural, and more! If you are interested in having your business enter the Trunk or Treat contest, contact Sarah Cutillo at scutillo@emeraldisle-nc.org for details. The admission fee for the carnival is 2 bags of candy per child. Hope you have a spooky Halloween!
