Median Sales Price Increases For 2nd Straight Month

According to the MLS statistics the median sales price for homes sold in the Twin Cities has risen for the 2nd straight month.

        February 2008               March 2008               April 2008

               $195,060                 $200,000                  $204,500

This follows 7 straight months of downward movement and may be another sign of stabilization within the Twin Cities market.
