I don't do New Years Resolutions but I do have goals. For me I hope to stay healthy and well, to continue to travel to places that interest me, and find an outlet for my time in a meaningful and worthwhile endeavor. I think of my time as valuable but limited and so I am trying to do as much as I can whenever I can to make a difference and be different because that is the way I see things.
I am going in search of the world's endangered Gorillas in the Spring in Uganda. This will be a tough trip, but with luck, a satisfying one as well. I have yet to book something for November but I am working on it. Alaska, Japan and Nepal are all on my list.
I have a Dr. I like and see regularly so hopefully I will be well for the foreseeable future. I know I should lose some weight but I like to eat and apparently my choices are not offset by whatever I do to exercise.
I continue to enjoy my job at Tanglewood (the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra) in season and I would like to find another job to compliment it. I have decided that the kind of work matters and I won't do a job I wouldn't do as a kid. I keep looking and I hope something comes along but meanwhile I hope to do More Real Estate Training for firms that find my approach appealing.
So with preparation and determination that is what I want in 2018.
