Your house did not get shown to my buyer this weekend.  Why not? 

Quite simply, we did not know you wanted to sell your house.  The buyer was here on a house-hunting trip for a day and a half only.  He came in with a list of houses he wanted to view.  He did not find yours on line, and I did not find it in our Multiple Listing Service as we both would have done had it been listed with a REALTOR®.  We passed your yard sign, but our schedule was full at that point, and there was no time to call and try to work your house into the schedule. 

You missed a valuable opportunity to sell.  This is a qualified buyer who is relocating to our area from out of state. He has to be here in a month, so he is highly motivated to buy.  He is not wasting time.

Get listed with a REALTOR® as soon as possible so you don't miss another opportunity.
