What is a blue moon? A second Full Moon in a Calendar Month.
A calendar year only embraces two Blue Moons. if there are 13 full moons in one calendar year and, in addition, February has no full moon at all. That’s exactly what happens in 2018. February didn’t have a full moon, while January and March both have two full moons. In 2018 the full moons on January 31st and March 31st both count as Blue Moons.
Tonight we can all look up and see the same blue moon but I will have the top down and be at the beach looking up.
