Sipporta Village is a 55 and over community in Paramus, New Jersey. (Actually, it is a 65+ community.) It was built in the 2000s.

The complex consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bath co-ops and 2 bedroom, 2 bath co-ops in a midrise building with two elevators and indoor parking as well as outdoor parking.

The co-ops offer one level living and have laundry facilities in the units. They have storage bins and terraces.

Amenities include 24-hour security with intercoms and card access to the building, two elevators, a full time handyman, indoor garage, outdoor parking, a shuttle bus on weekdays to go shopping and to purchase groceries and to go to the Paramus Senior Center, and a community room.

Pets are not allowed in this community.

This 55+ community is close to parks, shopping, restaurants, many highways and public transportation to NYC.

At the time of the writing of this article, there is one 1 bedroom, 1 bath co-op and one 2 bedroom, 2 bath co-op on the market. The 1 bedroom unit is listed at $238,000 and the 2 bedroom co-op is listed at $275,000.

One 2 bedroom, 2 bath co-op is under contract and its list price is $299,000.

So far in 2018, one 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit sold for $170,000. In 2017, six co-ops sold. Two 1 bedroom units sold for $182,000 and $188,000 respectively. They are 769 square feet. Four 2 bedroom co-operatives sold between $271,500 and $299,000. These units are 1042 SF.
