Jerry and I will be working together to help our clients with their investments in both Washington andArizona. We will be concentrating on the foreclosure market in Arizona and second home market in both states. My plans are to be licensed by the middle to late June in Arizona.
This will be an exciting few years. The forclosure market will not last more than 2 to 3 years. The investors that get in now to the end of the year are going to do better than those that wait. As sales start to heat up so will the prices. The Scottsdale and Masa areas are holding up very well, but the other areas are not. Sun city, Surpise and Peorea are being hit the hardest. THERE ARE 25% TO 45% DECREASES FROM THE 05, 06 AND O7 PRICES.
