It is Memorial Day weekend. Just enjoying the family. Going to pick up some charcoal and chicken quarters. Back to work on Tuesday.
Happy to see many homes sell here in the past couple months. This year it appears that the accumulated inventory of homes within the area will sell. We are seeing many seller that are selling For Sale By Owner more optimistic about the market and signing listing agreements with local agents.
