Where do you find a decent lender in this town?  I have a deal going on and the lender, who by the way has missed 3 (THREE) settlement dates, disappears!  This is a guy who I have spent the last 8 months working with and has done this before so I really should not be surprised, but I don't understand this...the deal should have been easy.  We have a buyer with 20% downpayment, the property was appraised lower than asking price...but the buyer is willing to pay the difference -- no questions asked!  The lender, does not communicate effectively, when he doesn't have an answer -- he doesn't answer his phones and disappears.  I just don't get it...

So, I said all that to say that I am definitely looking for a new "go to" person.  Dealing with the previous lender is hindering my business AND my bank account...*SMILE*.  If anyone has someone they can recommend or if you are a lender PLEASE let me know.

I know a few guys in your area.  We all belong to a select group of lenders and I know that each and everyone of them would do what they had to do for you.

Beyond that, a lot of lenders are going out of business left and right.  There are a lot of oprphaned buyers and Realtors,and now is the time to find one that intends to be around for the long haul and an easy way to do that is to find one that can do FHA
