Dogs are smart and aware. Monthly they get their Heartgard chews and like that but then comes the topical flea and tick treatment. Not only do they resist this but once they see one get it, the others are no where to be found....they scatter and disappear. Imagine going to give blood and watching others give and getting out as fast as you can. Humans stay.....dogs say.....see ya.
Giving medicine to our dog is always an adventure. She is so much faster than she looks.

They are smart and know what's coming. Our dog used to know the "Vet" or "Kennel" words and would run and hide.

Oh, that is funny but, so true, Sheila! We stay for the 'punishment' - they're outta there!

Morning Sheila.
I know our fur baby is smarter than one would think. It sounds like yours is also smarter than the average fur baby

I've always said, Sheila, that dogs and cats are probably smarter than we humans are!

Good morning Sheila - yes, their little minds can't comprehend the benefit.

I have cats, who hated the drops. And, fighting them to apply only seemed to leave them with oily fur on their necks. I finally gave up and switched to collars, which they seem to not mind.

You should try Trifexis which covers all the bases in 1 pill and with a little dab of peanut butter it goes down very quickly.

Thaank you Georgie. I will check it out. I just went online and it doesn't address ticks which is a big thing here. Sheila
