South Riding Mid Week Update 3/30/2019 - 4/3/2019

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 16 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market .   5 homes which went active under contract or pending;  3 traditional sale town homes & 2 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes closed; 1 traditional sale condos.  There are  5 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
