Here is the island wide Maui sales stats for homes and condos for July, 2019. The amount of single family homes that sold in June decreased compared to May. The median sale price for homes increased although the amount of total sales decreased. The amount of condominiums that sold in June decreased compared to May. The median sale price for condominiums increased although the amount of total sales decreased.

Single Family Homes:

In June 89 single family homes sold with a median price of $750,000 and an average price of $1,110,402. At the end of June there were 445 single family homes for sale on Maui which is approximately 4.8 months of inventory.

Through June 537 single family homes have sold with a median price of $740,000 and an average price of $1,007,315. The median sale price has increased 7.2% the first six months of 2019 compared to the first six months of 2018.  

Condominiums:

In June 122 condominiums sold with a median price of $552,000 and an average price of $883,963. At the end of June there were 476 condominiums for sale on Maui which is approximately 3.9 months of inventory.

Through June 810 condominiums have sold with a median price of $522,000 and an average price of $718,642. The median sale price has increased 5.5% the first six months of 2019 compared to the first six months of 2018.
