Maui Single Family Home Report For July, 2019:

This is the July, 2019 single family home market report for homes sold on Maui Hawaii year to date through June, 2019.

In June 87 single family homes sold on Maui with a median price of $750,000 and an average price of $1,110,402. At the end of June there were 445 single family homes for sale on Maui which is approximately 4.8 months of inventory. Wailuku had the highest number of sold homes with 18 in June while Kaanapali had the highest median sale price for sold homes with a median sale price of $3,100,000 in June(Only one home sold in Kaanapli in June 2019). 

Through June 537 single family homes have sold on Maui with a median price of $740,000 and an average price of $1,007,315. The median sale price has increased 7.2% the first six months of 2019 compared to the first six months of 2018. Wailuku had the highest number of sold homes through June 2019 with 111 total sales while Kapalua had the highest median sale price for sold homes with a median sale price of $2,300,000 through June 2019.
