When we informed friends that we were retiring to Mississippi, there reaction was something like this, who wants to retire to Ms. What's in Ms? They have not grasped changes that comes from growth and people. The market is ripe for real estate. What a great place to retire to! My comment to those who have not yet grasped the changes, come see for your self! If you are looking for a starter, mid-grade, retirement, or your dream beautifully designed premiere home, Olive Branch and the surrounded areas are where you want to be. Still not convinced? Call me for additional info! But don't just take my word, come and see!

I agree with everything you have said about MS. I was born and raised in Picayune, MS and I am amazed at the changes that have gone on since Hurricane Katrina. Since Katrina real estate prices have been increasing and more people are taking an interest in the state. Also, if anyone loves casinos but do not want to pay Las Vegas prices for real estate they need to look into MS.
