Bobby, I LOVE your blog!  What a great way to promote your real estate investment club. And I noticed that you open events up to other real estate professionals.  Great way to build community and cooperation.

The Cash Flow is outrageous.  I love it!  I've tried to learn to play golf.  Love the game, but I hesitate to put someone through the pain of playing a round with me.  Cash Flow, on the other hand, provides the same "have fun, get to know others" opportunity, and it is hyper-focused on the goal of creating wealth through real estate investing.

Mind if I swipe some of these ideas down in North Florida?  It's way too hot to swing a golf club in the summer anyway.  Our area has one of the highest foreclosure rates in the country and I think having a foreclosure judge as a speaker, is a stroke of genious.

I will continue to follow your blog.  you have got it going on, and you are generous to share with us in the active rain community.

Continued Success!
