How was the real estate market in January? Only 2 homes on acreage sold in January, but that is pretty typical for the season. Only 2 homes in Jefferson sold also for the month, but they did sell for more than asking price. Between low inventories and low interest rates we expect to still see a tight real estate market for the Spring. Real Estate values are at an all time high, which is great news for sellers, but not so great for buyers.
