Just 3 properties between 5-10 acres sold in January, mostly because of low inventory. But, they sold fast, with an average of 58 days. And that includes escrow time. Nine properties sold with 1-4.99 acres, but the sellers took more discount, with an average sales price of 95.79 % of the asking price.
