Criteria

• $1,000,000 to $15,000,000 Investment Super Jumbo Lender
• Residential collateral only – SFR, Condo, 2-4 Units.
• Major metropolitan areas.
• AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, OR, TX, UT and WA only.
• Non-Owner Occupied properties.
• Properties must have “Pride of Ownership” free deferred maintenance.
• Max LTV of 65% up to $4,999,999.00 dollars
• Max LTV of 60% up $5,000,000.00 dollars to $15,000,000.00 dollars
• Minimum FICO 600.
• Must be current on ALL mortgages.
• Must not be on the MLS for the last 5 months at time of application to meet the 6 months requirement.

Terms

• 6 months with interest-only payments and no prepay.
• 12 months with interest-only payments and no prepay.
• 24 months with interest-only payments and no prepay.
• 36 months with interest-only payments and one year prepay.

Loan Package

• Professionally filled out 1003 including all HMDA and Demographic Data (No Income)
• Property Profile for Current Residence and Subject Property
• Credit Report dated within 30 days
• Valid Driver’s License
• Copy of Lease – if the property is in fact leased.
• E Sign Consent
