A staged home is much more memorable to buyers. When buyers have viewed 3, 4, 5 or more homes in one day, they all run together...

It becomes confusing to remember which features they liked and disliked.. Which home had the two car garage, or which floor was the master bedroom located?? It all becomes a blur!!!

How right you are. Showing buyers is always an adventure. They will commonly come up with names for homes, "yellow house, swing house, tree house, smelly house, ugly house" and on and on. Staging will help with the adjectives used to describe your house.

I would think with all the home show on TV, people would be hiring staggers even if they are not planning on selling. I would refer you- especially if you do that miracle of taking what a person has and moving it around to look livable trick. when are you coming out to visit? cw

I have a listing with 'small' bedrooms. Once we staged it - people really got the difference. They could see that the rooms are functional and will hold the furniture they need. Without the furniture the rooms just looked like little cubby holes.

Cheryl, I really do. There are so easy once you do the first one. The biggest thing for me is choosing the music. It takes me a while because there are so many.
