1.Take vitamins and eat healthy foods. You never actually get the required amount of vitamins and nutrients from your food alone that is why you need to boost your immunity and take your vitamins daily.
2.Avoid touching your face. While our face is most prone to catching viruses and diseases and our hands are most exposed to possible infected areas.,be safe and don’t touch your hands.
3.Wash your hands regularly and properly. Make sure to scrub all parts of your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and running water.
