The Homestead in Midway has implemented a Free Golf Program for seniors over 65. The senior program will be available Monday through Thursday, beginning at noon. The program does not include a cart. The intent is to grow the game of golf by having more families come out and play.
The Homestead Resort if 120 years old, and has just completed a remodeling. The golf course has refurbished a number of holes and now is the only club in the state with GPS navigation systems installed in their golf carts.
