The August Market Stats have arrived. There are fewer listings then in 2021. SOLD prices are 13% higher than last year. This means you can still get TOP dollar for your home NOW! Our market has slowed over the last couple of months with interest rates rising. We also have more inventory, and sellers who priced their properties a little too high are now lowering those prices.
