The Uplands at North Pointe is located in the South end of the greater Getchell Neighborhood in Marysville Washington. It borders Highway 538 which gives residents easy access to main arterials and makes commuting a breeze. The neighborhood is comprised of three different styles of homes, ramblers, split levels and two stories.
The Uplands at North Pointe also has one of largest neighborhood parks consisting of a jungle gym, swing set and large wooded area for kid's imagination to run wild. It is a open park so there are no hidden areas which makes it very safe for children to play and have fun.
