In latest Weekly Update I referenced an article, A Year of Repair, Then a Year of Growth, by Lawence Yun. In the article it mentioned the first Time Buyer Tax Credit. I wanted to attach this article as to the current stratus on the tax credit.
As you can read it has currently passed in the Senate and is back to the House of Representatives for minor revisions, then on to the President to sign it into Law.
