I wanted some advice on what phone to uses. I am ready for an upgrade, should I get a Blackberry, or I-phone, a PDA, any suggestions. My am with Verizon now.
What works best for other realtor, I use a regular phone.

Rummy, I actually just switched from a Blackberry to the new iPhone 3G and absolutely love it. It's like having a computer in my pocket. Unfortunately, the AT&T service is not that great here in San Diego so I occasionally get dropped calls. And our MLS can only run on Explorer 6.0 -- Safari doesn't work so I am unable to access the MLS from my phone. This may be different for you. If you have any specific question regarding the iPhone, please do not hesitate to shoot me an e-mail!
It depends on what applications you will need. I have a Palm Treo with Verizon Wireless. I can read and reply to email, use the mobile web browser to access a web version of the local MLS. I can use the build in camera to send photos via email. I know some agents that use a Blackberry. I suggest you make a list of what features you need in a phone and then talk to a sales rep at your local phone store. One phone is not a good fit for every Realtor, just like one house is not a good fit for every buyer.
I am a blackberry guy, but I feel like I am behind the curve a little to other smart phones

The new iphones are getting a lot of press lately. I have had many Palm Treo's and every one of them failed after a period of time. The longest one lasted was 11 months without crashing. I now hae another type that I do not like as it is more difficult to use. I did like the ease of using the Treo, but they and I just didn't get along well.
The blackberry is supposed to be one of the ones that are the most reliable but they were not touch screen the last time I looked. I may some day go for the iPhone too.
