Has anyone tried auctions to create attention to their property and pull in buyers?
I was at one recently where it probably sold for a bit less then they were worth, but everything sold. It was a small condo project at the New Jersey Shore. I believe in New Jersey all you need is a real estate license to run an auction. Maybe you can get a few listings to participate.  What is there to lose. Does anyone know the protocol?

Since Las Vegas went auction heavy about two years ago (almost to the date!), buyer interest has been INSANE so yes, I believe it creates attention.  Do people find TRUE bargains is the real question that should be asked
