Mount Pleasant, SC is in the middle of an incredible project on Charleston's harbor that will provide an opportunity for people to enjoy fantastic views, great fishing, passive enjoyment of the waterfront, and potentially even a space for dogs to recreate. The property became available after the Grace Memorial and Silas Pearman Bridges were taken down for the Arthur Ravenel Bridge which replaced both spans in 2005.
