McKenna's Bar, a cozy tavern located on 260 Espanong Road in Lake Hopatcong, is now home to the Hellbenders Band!
Who are the Hellbenders? Just four musicians who love their craft and their music: Jim on guitar, Matt on guitar, Lawrence on bass and Joe on drums. Their repetoire is basically "classic rock" and includes everything from the Beatles, Grateful Dead, Rolling Stones, to the Screamin' Jayhawks. 
Their next gig is on Satuday, August 16. A great night with great music will be sure to entertain! And, while that great music is causing you hunger pangs, McKenna's kitchen is open almost all night long and their food is FANTASTIC!
I had the jalapeno poppers and I'll swear up down and sideways that they were the best I've ever had (and I'm a big jalapeno popper fan).
