Every company has had the client from hell. The guy that just could not be satisfied. My answer- if you can't bury that guy with a dozen happy clients you have a business problem. Your company either needs to put quality controls into place or set your clients expectations to something you can meet, even if it is low.
When you name the company after yourself as many builders do it is hard to open yourself to criticism, I get that. Today, with technology, builders have the opportunity to reveal or be revealed. Builders may not like it and sometimes it may not be a fair review according to the builder but how else can we find out who the best builders are. The best is a relative category actually. Who is to say that one builder is better than another. We could argue that all day. What we could agree upon is that based on reviews from clients which builders consistently deliver what their clients were expecting. I would like to tell you that the every builder is trustworthy and does what they say they are going to do but, well, sometimes it just does not work like that. You need to meet their clients and ask them. So what is the difference between a testimonial and a Credibility Score. Building Credibility.com is a 3rd party website. We won't just dispaly the ones the builder wants you to see, it is an open book. That means that if you select a boise home buidler that is a memeber of this site you will be able to review them as well.
