Are you confident about the price? How did it comp out? How's the feedback from showing agents?

If it's more exposure you need, I can't say enough about postlets on craigslist. Thats where the majority of my internet leads come from.

I make sure and update the info on Zillow as well - you're missing an opportunity if your picture and contact info isn't there with the home info.
