I believe in holistic approaches in life...when I am involved in assisting a person or family, I am concerned with more than JUST their real estate needs...they are people with normal people problems...anxieties, headaches, confusion, time constraints, scheduling difficulties, running a family, financial considerations, etc...If I am not at least 'sensitive' to these issues, it can affect the quality of the entire real estate closing experience for them!!!
