I have heard about issues with historic building both Residential and Commercial. We need to do our investigation before we get into them thanks for the info.

Morning Leesa,

Friends of ours bought a beautiful Victorian home in a "Historic" section of an upstate New York city several years ago. It has become a full time project, not only the renovation but more so dealing with the governing Historical Preservation Committee"

Best advise, "Do your homework first!"
