Pending-10 Average List Price-$201,511 Average Days on Market-70
Hi Earl, I am sorry, that including Lake Wylie too since it is all the same zip. The days on the market are high due to all of the new construction. When we list these homes on the MLS it is usually just before or just after the home has started being built, so the long days on the market is usually from waiting for the home to be built. This messes up the resale home days on the market, Clover is the hot spot in York County, that is the benefits of having a great school system.
