Have you been a victim of the subprime regeneration?  Are your loans going down the tubes?  Are the guidelines becoming almost unbearable to handle?  Well, you're not the only one.  With many lenders and brokers going out of business, with the mortgage market restructuring, we have been able to stay in the loop.  Want to share your ideas with me here and see if we're in the same boat?

I wrote a similar blog about how FHA loans may be back in vogue. I have been concentrating on FHA, rather than subprime.

There is a lot to be concerned with when it comes to the mess that subprime is in right now, but it isn't the end of the world. Often times you can get credit repair companies to raise your client's FICO's considerably so you can do that FHA loan for them. Be creative, but don't give up!
