Since I have your attention, let me give one peice of advice. In the state of MN, and partially in other states, all Real Estate Agents and Brokers have to abide by certain duties that are owed when they work for you as your representative, they are called fiduciary duties. They include: Loyalty, Obedience, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Reasonable Care, and Accounting.
These are the "backbones", if you will of effective, legal, and ethical representation. You have every right and your representative agent has every duty to fulfil these obligations.
