Can Someone Clarify How Point2agent.com is "Free"?

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Nortrh East

I have been researching "free online advertising" and have found many people in AR blogs referring in to the standard "free" version of Point2agent.com.  When I signed up for P2A, I recieved 6 months free, but then it will cost me $9.95 a month (which is not bad if it works).

How is everyone else getting it for FREE?

Is anyone out there actually utilizing P2A as their primary website?

Thanks!

Christina, It's a grandfathered thing. Prior to this year, Point2Agent offered a lifetime free site but this year the policy changed to 6 months free. I believe that a lot of people do use Point2Agent as their main site but have to upgrade to get the features they need.

I guess they got sick of giving it away. For what it's worth I like the site.

I was going to say I think mine is free but I dont really ever use it. I dont like canned websites, but I have had a response or two from mine.

Yeah, I got when when it was free and stayed that way, but the free version isn't very customizable. I have it up, but it is something which I ignore most of the time. My primary web sites (one for rentals, one for sales) are independent.

I hear it is free for the first 6 months only and then you have to sign up and pay
