Nice shot of the lake. I'll bet that adds a lot of vlue to the land. Can you have speed boats on it?
Jeff, Thanks for your question about Speed Boats. Motorized boats, wave runners, jet skiis, etc are discouraged (anything noisy). The much larger Hayden Lake is just across the road for the "Big Boys." This lake is for those that don't want to listen to the noise. Pam, Nice parcel. How much are the homes in the area and are they all on acreage?
Tim, Homes vary in price depending sq.ft., yr built, size of acreage, on lake, off lake, on golf course, off golf course, etc. Roughly speeking, homes run from $350,000 to $695,000 for homes on 1+ acres and NOT on the lake. Homes is this section of Avondale are all on 1+Acres.
