I think it is funny that over a week ago all the "we know better then you do'ers " up on capital hill said if the bail out bill was not passed by lat Tuesdaythe sky would fall from the sky and here we are a week later and the sky has not fallen I have received 2 new offers and wrote 1 buyer offer and closed 3 sales... so maybe we don't need a bailout as much as we need time to let things work out a bit.

The Dow dropped 777 points today. That translates to the market losing over 800 billion dollars of value today. How long will it take for "our" representatives in congress to understand that we need to act quickly? Time is of the essence.
