Being a old head in this business of some 30+ years. It really blows my mind how far we have come, and what can be done, with the greatest of ease. I remember when I first purchased my company, the trouble putting together a simple brochure was. God forbid, you had a address or a phone number change. One of the reason I joined one of the large franchise, was preprinted material and marketing. Thanks to the Internet and all the new technology, leaving the franchise four years ago, was such a scary thought and has turned out pretty well. You have to keep up with technology and keep a open mind to change. I'm enjoying the business, as much as ever. I have added a blog to the company website www.buysellbaltimore.comand I have started a new blog site called Charm City Blog on word press. This should go live in about 24 hours. www.charmcityblog.com. I have also open a new community site in Owings Mills Maryland call, www.myOwingsmills.com . As you can see this stuff keeps me hopping, not bad for an old head.
