I am a firm believer in this philosophy. Here is the perfect example:
We will call this customer Mr. #### Buster. I think we've all worked with someone like this. One of our agents had this OPPORTUNITY.
I'll do my best to describe his appearance: Rather round in body shape. long grey pony-tail, open shirt with jewelry, foul mouthed. Basically a very insecure person. His sister was a real estate agent somewhere-so that made him the expert.
He called many times each day to talk to the agent or to me. He couldn't understand why no one wanted to talk to him. Even his attorney avoided him when possible.
Finally the day came for the closing. During the closing Mr. #### Buster got up to use the restroom. Not a big deal. However, when he did not return in a timely fashion, there was some concern. Then we heard the screaming and banging. The attorney went to see what was going on.
Well it semed that MR.####Buster was literally stuck in a stall. He tried to climb out under the door, but he was too large & got stuck there.
It was very difficult to gain composure when he returned to the closing. He was quiet dishelveled. But we are the Professionals.
We just can't make up these stories. What a wonderful career!!!
