DreamHomesinIdaho is on YouTube!

I am pleased to announce that www.DreamHomesinIdaho.com has now opened a channel on YouTube!

I consistantly stirve to provide the highest level of service, web presence, and cutting edge technology to my selling clients. I started the Dream Homes in Idaho channel to YouTube to add another level of exposure to my Featured Listings.

Here is my first Real Estate Video! I will be consistantly updating my YouTube channel, and perfecting my product to provide truely Fantastic videos. I hope you will visit often!

Great job Pam. Sounds like another plus feature to add to any listing presentation.

That's awesome Pam. I'm working on doing some video blogging and podcasts but so far I'm not liking the face that's looking back at me. Any idea how to fix that? :)

Pam - What has been your experience with YouTube videos and home marketing? Have you received anything from it and can you see "stats" to measure worthiness? Just curious, I have never tried it and would like to know your thoughts.

Jesse~You will notice that I have pictures of the house and not myself for the same reason! I will even be doing an interview for a local website that deals with the construction industry. The owner there does lots of interview, and includes the audio of the interview with photographs of the project they are working on. I don't think there are that many people that really like to see themselves on video. I will have to watch out for your videos!

Leesa~I am new to YouTube so I don't know how effective it will be,and I'm not aware of stats available. At the very least I thought it would be another place to advertixe my website.

I am excited to try my next video because the software I have will allow me to not only included still photographs, but also video segments. It should be fun to try!

Good idea, Pam...but I was expecting to hear your pagent voice doing a walk thru. Also, didn't you want a pic of a potato on your site? :) (I used to get tried of the running joke about potatoes when I lived there.) DreamHomesinIdaho.com - great name.

Pam ~ This is cutting edge and very impressive. How is it going. Do you know any stats on how many adults are on youtube? I know my children are on here all the time and are constantly showing me what they find. Just wondering how it was working for you. I like the way you think out of the box by the way.
