TECH TOOLS : A Little Tool To Look Up Callers Area And Timezone From Their Area Code

So I often get a call from someone in a different area. Often I want to know where they are calling from. Sometimes its just curiosity but it also saves me from having to ask their area and be able to concentrate on the other areas of the conversation (talking about properties they might be interested in)

Also if someone called at 9:00 my time and I am calling them back at say 9:30 my time I want to know if its 10:30 their time (to late to call) or 8:30 their time (probably not to late to call back).

So to deal with this in a quick and easy way I wrote a Area Code Search Widget. Instead of keeping it for myself I figure other realtors might find it useful.

Feel free to take the html code and post it on your website or just bookmark the page with the widget on our site.

We also have a few other widgets one is a free mortgage calculator and another that displays current mortgage rates on your site.

That looks really awesome! I am looking for a source to find all the residential phone numbers from a particular area code so I can put them through the DNC list. I would like to be able to copy & past them into the search fields so that I can screen them as opposed to looking up each number and then typing it in. Do you have any resources like that?
