One of the frustrating things I've noticed about beach property is that there isn't really a decent IDX search engine, etc. for buyers to search for property. For instance, I want a beach property, and would be happy with anything on the water between Astoria and Newport Bay. Most of the clients that I have that are looking for this type of property are in the same situation. Do you have any suggestions as to where I point these people so they don't have to look at 15 different websites?
