Lancaster County PA is voted the 10th best place in the nation to "ride out" the recession by Forbes Magazine!

That's right, according to Forbes magazine; we are in the 10^th best place in the nation economically!!!!  I've been saying it for months, and now we have the backing of an independent national financial magazine to show why now is a great time to buy a home in Lancaster County!  It really isn't bad here at all in our market, we never had a ridiculous run up in prices and consequently we are not taking a hard hit during the downturn.  Buyers don't have to be scared, mortgages are still available, values are stable, and our local economy is OK.  NOW is a great time to buy!!!
