Twin Lakes built by KB Homes is another master planned community consists of townhomes, single home with 1 car garage and single home with 2 car garage. They located conveniently in Cary which is 10 minutes to Research Triangle Park and close to Highway 40 and Interstate 540.
The only drawback is the aircraft noise because it is so convenient to RDU airport which is less than 25 minutes which is good and bad.
